Swallows Barn is a charming detached cottage located next to a working farm in Litton Slack near Cressbrook village in Derbyshire. The cottage sleeps two people in a first-floor king-size double bedroom and features a shower room on the first floor and a ground floor bathroom. The living accommodation includes a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and access to an outdoor patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and the cottage offers stunning countryside views, making it an ideal base for exploring the Peak District.

The amenities at Swallows Barn include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and a selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.
