The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities including an integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and granite worktops. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests, while the comfortable lounge area is furnished with leather seating and a 43” flat screen smart TV. Bedrooms are well-appointed, with a king-sized bed in Bedroom 1 along with an en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed in Bedroom 2, and two single beds in Bedroom 3. The main bathroom features an extra-long bath with a shower over it.

Parking is available on Stannington Road, with space for one car next to the EV point. Families are welcome, with amenities such as stair gates, a high chair, and a travel cot provided. Dogs are also welcome in all areas of the cottage and can be left in the boot room for up to 4 hours, with dog bowls, a bed, and poo bags available.
