Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, bike storage, and a lovely lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Ideal for a family holiday, Lily House provides easy access to the beach.
The amenities at Lily House include gas central heating with a woodburner and gas fires, an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The rental price includes fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the fire. Additionally, the cottage provides a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate for families with young children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. The cottage is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to the nearest shop and pub, and a 12-minute walk to the beach.
