The cottage has a bathroom with a double-ended bath and underfloor heating downstairs, as well as a separate shower room upstairs. The cozy sitting room with a wood burner can accommodate 6 guests, with additional seating available. The newly fitted kitchen has a breakfast table and seating for 6, with a garden room that can seat 8 guests.

The cottage garden is divided into two areas, including a private patio with outside seating and a swing seat, as well as a garden along the leat towards Park Street.
