The property sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, with two double bedrooms upstairs, a twin bedroom on the ground floor, and a twin bedroom at the rear of the property. The house features three bathrooms, a spacious sitting room with a wood-burning fire, a dining room with coastal views, and a kitchen at the rear. Outside, guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the large private garden with panoramic views over Porlock Bay.

The property is dog-friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs for a supplement of £15 per dog. Guests are advised that some areas of the garden are steep and accessed by steps, making them unsuitable for young children. The pillows provided are duck feather, but synthetic pillows can be provided upon request. Stag or hen parties are not permitted at Elthorne, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Arrival time is from 5 pm, with departure by 10 am on the last day of the stay to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

The property is situated off the Scenic Toll Road, with no toll required to access it. The house is available for week-long bookings with a Friday changeover, as well as short breaks.
