Situated in a peaceful rural setting near the coast, the barn is surrounded by working farmland and is close to the village of Roadwater with its village inn and shop. The area offers easy access to seaside resorts, Exmoor, and the Quantock Hills, making it perfect for those who enjoy exploring the countryside.
Guests can enjoy strolling along country lanes from the property or venture further afield to popular attractions such as the West Somerset Steam Railway, Somerwest World at Minehead, and Dunster Castle. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and features four bedrooms, including a super king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a king-size bedroom, and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, and a separate WC.
The lounge/kitchen/diner is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and TV. Outside, there is a large enclosed lawn area with seating and a patio, perfect for relaxing in the garden. While WiFi is available, it can sometimes be intermittent due to the location. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the property. The beach is just 4 miles away, and there is a pub, shop, and cider farm shop within 1 mile of the barn, providing convenience for guests during their stay.
