Seagulls Rest in Minehead is a spacious stone-built semi-detached holiday home that can accommodate up to 7 guests in four bedrooms. Situated on a quiet part of the sea front, the property offers sea views from every window at the front of the house. The cottage is set out over three floors and features two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom. Guests can enjoy a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor, as well as a family bathroom with a shower and corner bath on the first floor.

The front door entrance leads into a small hall with stairs to the first floor, a sitting room on the left, and a dining room on the right. The sitting room offers lovely views over the Bristol Channel, while the dining room has ample seating for 8 guests. The kitchen, located on the far side of the dining room, provides access to an enclosed courtyard garden. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet and hand basin at the far end of the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms, including a double bedroom with sea views and a single bedroom, are located on the first floor, along with the family bathroom.

On the second floor, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with sea views. Seagulls Rest also offers off-road parking for one car, with a parking permit available for a second car if needed. The property is within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and the town, as well as the sandy part of Minehead Beach. Wifi, heating, and electricity are included, and bed linen and towels are provided. One dog is welcome for an additional fee, and guests are reminded not to leave their pets alone in the property or allow them on the furniture. Seagulls Rest is a convenient base for exploring Minehead and its surrounding attractions, including Dunster Castle and the South West Coast Path.
