The Grade II listed barn, built in 1879, has been transformed into a modern self-catering accommodation with all the comforts one could wish for. The property features three bedrooms, including one king-size and one super-king bedroom with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, and a double bedroom on the first floor with a separate shower room. The large open plan living area upstairs includes a comfy corner sofa, entertainment center with Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, and a 55-inch UHD Smart TV, as well as a large electric flame effect fire for ambiance.

The kitchen at Stone Barn is equipped with a large fridge freezer, induction NEFF hob, and state-of-the-art extractor fan. The dining table can be extended for special occasions, and there is a utility area under the stairs with laundry facilities and a high chair. Child gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs for safety. Outside, guests can enjoy a garden with lawn, flower beds, and a patio area, as well as a hot tub that seats up to six people with a view of St Michael's church. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a supplement, and guests are required to bring their own towels for the hot tub.

Located in Minehead, Stone Barn is close to local landmarks such as Dunster Castle and Dunster Working Watermill, as well as the natural beauty of Exmoor National Park and Holnicote Estate.
