Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a private back garden with lawn and furniture. The property is ideally situated near the Mendip Hills AONB, offering great walks and cycling opportunities, and easy access to Bath and Bristol.

Bed linen is included in the rent, and fuel and power are also covered. The property does not allow pets or smoking, and does not accept worker bookings. It is located on the edge of a B road, so some traffic noise may be heard during rush hours. From October 1st, 2022, towels will not be provided.
