Welcome to our beautiful static caravan in Brean, Somerset, located in the South West of England. This Platinum 3-bedroom caravan sleeps 6 and features a wrap-around decking with a cube table and chairs, an enclosed garden for children's safety, and a washing line. The caravan is fully equipped with amenities such as a fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, vacuum, cleaning materials, television, and internet access. The kitchen is perfect for self-catering holidays and provides all the comforts of home.

The caravan includes 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite (no shower), a hairdryer, wardrobe, and dressing table; a bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, and wardrobe; and another bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, and wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and sink accessible from the main bedroom, and the other with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. Duvets and pillows are provided, with optional bedding available for an additional cost. Passes for Holiday Resort Unity are compulsory and provide access to entertainment, discounted activities, and vehicle passes for two cars.

House rules include check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am, no smoking, no pets, no same-sex parties, no hen or stag parties, and no vans or commercial vehicles allowed on site. Optional Wi-Fi is available for an extra charge, and a security bond of £100 is required 4 weeks before the holiday, which will be returned within 3 days after the caravan is checked for damage. Guests must provide additional information to the host, including an email address for sending terms and conditions, a welcome letter, and a booking form. Failure to return the booking form may result in the inability to issue an official Holiday Resort Unity reference and release of keys.
