The property can accommodate up to five guests in two bedrooms, including a four-poster room with an en-suite bathroom and a double room with a single bed. There is also a family bathroom, an open-plan sitting and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, guests can enjoy ample off-road parking and a patio garden with furniture. The cottage is situated on a working farm in a picturesque setting, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to explore the beauty of the English countryside.

The amenities at Leigh Holt include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, three TVs with Freeview, a DVD player, and WIFI. Fuel and power are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.
