Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, providing a peaceful rural getaway.

Amenities at The Anchorage include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a highchair is available upon request. Guests should note that the Rayburn Range is not suitable for cooking and should only be used for heating. Additional accommodations such as a Jay-Be camping bed and an extra dining chair can be provided for a fifth guest. It is important to be mindful of livestock in the field behind the property and to avoid parking on the grass verges at the front.
