The cottage features a well-appointed kitchen/dining/living room with a Woodburner and micro hifi, as well as a study/TV room for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a master double bedroom and a light and airy twin bedded room, both leading off a landing/library lined with books. The ample bathroom includes a bath with shower, basin, and WC, with an additional downstairs loo and basin by the front door. Guests also have access to a washer/dryer and outside drying line for convenience.
Surrounded by stunning views of the valley and the scheduled Iron Age hill fort Mounsey Castle, Mounsey End offers a tranquil setting for a relaxing getaway. The private garden area is not fully enclosed but with vast acres of land surrounding the cottage, privacy is ensured. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is ample exclusive parking for two cars. The cottage is located just 4 miles from the charming town of Dulverton, which offers a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants for guests to explore.
