Ball Cottage is conveniently located on the edge of Winsford village, within easy walking distance of the village pub and tea rooms. The gardens at the cottage are a delight, with a lawn beside the river and a teak garden table and chairs for guests to enjoy. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and the cottage is strictly non-smoking with no pets allowed.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing stay at Ball Cottage, with amenities such as an open fire, gas central heating, TV, DVD player, and WiFi included. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests are asked to arrive from 3.30 pm and depart by 10.30 am on their last day. Weekly lets are available throughout the year, with short breaks of 3-4 nights offered during the off-season, making Ball Cottage an ideal retreat in the Exmoor National Park area.
