There's a dining area for enjoying homemade meals, and a fully equipped modern kitchen for all your self-catering needs, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a larder fridge, a full-size freezer, and a dishwasher.

The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single. There's a large shower room which also contains a washing machine and a utility cupboard, and there's a handy entrance hall for storing outdoor clothing. 

Outside you'll find a private patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the rural ambience on those summer evenings. You're also welcome to explore the farm and the nearby bluebell woods. Eggs, lamb and beef are available from the farm.
