The cottage is conveniently located off the A39 within the grounds of The Old Rectory, accessed by two external steps. Inside, there is a hallway with boot and coat racks leading to an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy seating, TV, DVD player, and iPod dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms - a double room and a twin room - as well as a shower room with a WC.
