Upcott Farm House in Exmoor National Park is a traditional family farmhouse that can accommodate 16 guests, making it ideal for family breaks in rural Exmoor. The house features a private indoor swimming pool for guests only and is situated on a working farm in the middle of Exmoor National Park, a Dark Sky Reserve. Guests can bring up to four well-behaved dogs for walks in the beautiful countryside, with footpaths right outside the door.

The house has seven bedrooms, including four double bedrooms, one twin room, a triple room, and a single bedroom. There are multiple bathrooms and shower rooms throughout the property, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a large dining room. The sitting room boasts an open fire, and there is a spacious boot room with a downstairs toilet for convenience.

Outside, the property features a level and enclosed front garden, as well as a terraced garden with a family-heated swimming pool. A security deposit is required when booking, and amenities such as bed linen, house towels, wifi, heating, and electricity are included in the rental price.
