The cottage has been modernized from an old character building to provide comfortable living spaces, including a large kitchen, separate dining room that seats 20, a spacious lounge, 5 bathrooms, and a toilet/cloakroom. There are 6 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the games room and lounge, and a separate heated outdoor games room. Parking is available for 6+ cars on the drive, and key box access is provided 24/7. The owners live nearby and are available to assist with any queries between 8AM and 9:30PM.

Located in the pretty countryside hamlet of Northwick, the cottage offers a quiet location with walks right from the house. Bristol and Bath are easily accessible by car, with local shops a short drive away and supermarket deliveries available. The property accepts dogs with an additional cleaning charge, and one towel per person is provided (additional towels for the hot tub are recommended). Guests can also arrange transportation via Uber or V cars from Bristol to the cottage.
