From the living area you can head out through a patio door into the beautiful enclosed back garden, which comes complete with a patio area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, making a perfect place to relax in spectacular surroundings and perhaps enjoy some food al fresco.
Balorrin has four comfortable bedrooms. The stunning master bedroom has a king-size bed, a free-standing wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and even an adjoining conservatory. There are also two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe and one also having a dresser with a mirror, as well as an additional single bedroom. All bedrooms come with bedside cabinets with lighting, as well as curtains and blackout blinds.
There’s a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, in addition to a handy utility room off the kitchen with a washer/dryer, a large sink, an iron and ironing board, and access to a boot room. From here you can also access the double garage which contains a ping-pong table as well as 2 mountain bikes for the use of guests.
Balorrin makes superb accommodation for a larger group looking for a fantastic place to relax and spend some time together, and it’s also an excellent home base for exploring Scotland’s Black Isle peninsula, or paying a visit to the exciting city of Inverness, both of which are conveniently close at hand.
