The property is situated on the first floor and offers an open-plan living, kitchen and dining room that’s ideal for relaxing and socialising during your stay. The lounge has a bright and airy ambience where you can sit back on comfortable furniture which includes a sofa and two armchairs, entertain yourself with a smart TV with Freeview channels, or savour the views through the French doors alongside the Juliet balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a wide range of kitchenware. You can sit down and enjoy meals together at the dining table, seating four.

The property has two bedrooms. One has a double bed, a wardrobe, and superb views of Dornoch Cathedral, while the other contains two single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside units and chests of drawers.

There’s a shower room with a double shower, and there are also additional conveniences including an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, and a travel cot and highchair (on request).
