The accommodation includes three bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a luxury four poster bed, 'all body' jet showers, an attractive walnut kitchen, and a convivial dining hall and living room. There is also a large patio area for al fresco eating and relaxing after exploring the area.

Amenities at The Old Barn include electric underfloor heating in the sitting room, hall, and bathrooms, electric heaters in the kitchen, wall-mounted oil radiators in the bedrooms, and an electric fire. The property also offers modern conveniences such as electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs with full Sky including movies and sport, DVD player, CD player, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels (hot tub towels not provided). The property also offers a cot, highchair, and two stairgates on request. Off-road parking is available for 4 cars, and there is a large rear patio with hot tub, furniture, and BBQ.
