The cottage features two bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a total of 3-4 beds available. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and a daybed that can be set up as singles or a double. The upstairs bedroom offers a double bed and walk-in closet storage. The bathroom is located on the ground floor, and there is a washing machine in the utility room for convenience.

Guests can enjoy the enclosed garden with BBQ facilities and outdoor seating, as well as a log store and water hose for washing dogs after a muddy walk. Nearby, the Allanton Inn pub and hotel offer dining options and events throughout the year. The village also has a play park for children and access to riverside walks and beautiful countryside.
