Parking is available for up to three cars, and up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome from February to September. Due to the estate's active conservation projects, walking across the estate is limited, but alternative local walks are recommended for guests with dogs. The cottage does not have Wi-Fi, but central heating and a wood burner provide warmth during the stay.

Hoscote Estate is a working farm and shooting estate, with guidelines provided to guests upon arrival.
