The annexe is equipped with gas central heating, an electric fire, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen, towels, a travel cot, and highchair are provided, and two adult hybrid bikes are available for use at the guest's own risk. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
