The cottage is situated 2.1 miles from the village of Dunmore, along the road between Throsk and Airth on the banks of the River Forth. It is conveniently located for visiting Stirling, Falkirk, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, with easy access to the Kingdom of Fife and beyond via the nearby Kincardine and Clackmannanshire bridges. The cottage features a twin and kingsize bedroom on the ground floor, along with a large shower room. The open plan lounge/dining area provides ample seating for 8, and the uniquely shaped kitchen, originally the Dairy Parlour, is fully equipped for self-catering.
