The cottage is a traditional granite semi-detached property set in approximately 6 acres of rural Scotland, with its own Burn running alongside. It offers stunning views of the highlands and is just 3 miles away from the amenities of Aberfeldy, a picturesque town with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a cinema.

The cottage features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Pets are allowed, and there is an open fire for cozy evenings. The property is attached to the owner's home, The Steading, providing a countryside setting with modern comforts. Nearby attractions include the Dewar's whisky distillery in Aberfeldy, Pitlochry with its salmon fish ladder and Blair Athol whisky distillery, and The House of Bruar for retail therapy and dining. There is also a designated trail to visit the Bruar falls.
