Originally built in the 19th century and converted 50 years ago, the Bothy underwent a full refurbishment in 2014 and is finished to a high standard. Visitors can enjoy the local wildlife, including birds, red squirrels, stoats, hares, rabbits, and deer.

Guests staying at Ballinduin Bothy will be ideally situated to explore Highland Perthshire, visit local attractions, and take part in various activities such as water sports on the river Tay and Loch Tay, walking, cycling, and golfing. The accommodation is on one level and includes a lounge with a wood burner, a kitchen/diner, 3 double bedrooms with ensuite shower/toilet facilities, and a utility room with a washing machine. Outside, there is ample parking, an enclosed garden with patio areas, garden furniture, and a gas-fired BBQ.

The Bothy is heated by a biomass boiler, and the first £30 worth of electricity is free for weekly stays. Drinking water is provided by a private water supply monitored for quality and safety. Bed linen, towels, a cot, and a high chair are provided, along with basic Sky Freeview and Wi-Fi. A welcome pack is supplied upon arrival. Bookings are taken on a weekly basis during high season, with shorter stays considered in autumn and winter. The property is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10 am on the departure day. No smoking is allowed, and pets are not permitted. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £200 is required.
