The Artist's Retreat is an end-terrace cottage located in King's Lynn, Scotland, that can accommodate up to five people in three bedrooms. The property features a king-size double, a double, and a single bedroom, along with a bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room, and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a rear garden with a lawn and patio area. Amenities include a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, TV, and WiFi, with power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.

The region of East Anglia, where the cottage is situated, offers picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways. Norfolk boasts beaches, saltmarshes, and quaint villages, while Suffolk features charming coastlines and countryside. King's Lynn itself is a seaport and market town on the River Great Ouse, with a rich history reflected in its merchant houses, art galleries, museums, and the Custom House. The surrounding Norfolk countryside is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, known for its stunning sunsets and lovely beaches.

Located in a rural area and on a river, The Artist's Retreat is close to attractions such as the Wash National Nature Reserve, Roydon Common National Nature Reserve, Caithness Crystal Visitor Centre, and Custom House. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy fishing, cycling, hiking/biking trails, and rock climbing in the area. The property is not suitable for single individuals or workers, and Friday changeovers may be available upon request. Please note that the fireplace is not in working order indefinitely, and cleaning products are not provided.
