There's plenty to do in the local vicinity beyond the marina, with the village of Kenmore, Kenmore Beach and Taymouth Castle within reasonable walking distance. If you'd prefer to explore the striking Scottish Highland landscapes surrounding you, there is a wide range of walking routes available for all ages and abilities. And for a fascinating taste of history, you can visit the neighbouring Scottish Crannog Centre, which takes a look at how Iron Age humans used to live around the loch.

No. 1 Lawers View spans two floors and sleeps up to 4 people, with 2 double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Though all the properties at Loch Tay Holiday Homes overlook the loch and its environs, this house boasts one of the largest terraced areas of them all, complete with its own hot tub, and offers unrivalled sweeping views of Loch Tay and the hills and mountains that surround it. There's plenty of room to relax indoors, too, with a comfortable open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a flatscreen TV. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need for a self-catering break, even a coffee maker and grinder. You'll also find a downstairs shower room, as well as a utility room with a washer, dryer, sink and additional fridge-freezer. If you're planning on an active holiday, there's also space to keep your bikes, as well as an outdoor boot room and additional storage throughout.
