The 19th-century property features a family bathroom, two shower rooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, and lockable gun cupboards. The lodge also offers off-road parking for ten cars, a lawned garden, and access to estate grounds including a fishing loch, making it an ideal holiday home in a picturesque location.

Bed linen, towels, cot, and highchair are provided, and well-behaved dogs are welcome from July to January. However, dogs are not permitted from February to June due to lambing season, and cats are strictly not allowed. Shooting and stalking activities are available on the estate at an additional charge by prior arrangement with the owner.
