The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and touch control fan. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with Freeview in the lounge and TVs in all bedrooms. Families with young children can request a travel cot and high chair, although they are advised to bring their own cot linen.

Outside, the property boasts a garden with a patio, a separate corner patio with a barbecue and seating, a side terrace, and a front terrace with scenic sea views. Ample parking is available, and basic items such as washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls, salt, and pepper are provided. Up to 2 pets are allowed at an extra charge, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets in external areas.
