The house features a distinctive 'bungalow-over-basement' design to maximize the stunning 180-degree views of the Milford Haven Waterway, incorporating mid-century modern design elements such as stone cladding and split-level floors. The property is currently undergoing modernization by its new owner, a partner at Downs Merrifield Architects, with Phase 1 of the renovations recently completed. The house is available for limited summer rentals before Phase 2 begins in Winter 2022, which will further update the kitchen and bathrooms.
