The property features a ground-floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a mezzanine double bedroom, and a family room with a triple bunk and a single bed. There is also a bathroom, kitchen, and a living/dining room for guests to enjoy. Outside, there is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, and a barbecue.

The cottage comes equipped with gas central heating, a gas range oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, and dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as a TV, WiFi, and a travel cot and highchair. One well-behaved pet is welcome at the property, and there is a charge for using WiFi. The first-floor bedroom is not suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. Guests can also access Ivy Court's on-site facilities, which include a heated covered swimming pool, all-weather tennis court, table tennis, badminton, footgolf, enclosed children’s play area, and a games room.
