The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV and DVD player, and a bathroom with a bath and en-suite shower. Linens are included, but towels are available for an extra charge. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee, with restrictions on where they can roam on the property.

Gwarmacwydd is hidden down a secluded lane, surrounded by 450 acres of organic land, including woodland and a river. Guests can enjoy farm walks and relax in the large garden with a children's play area, swings, and picnic tables. The market town of Narberth is a short drive away, offering unique shops and antique stores. Laugharne, the former home of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, is also nearby, along with the seaside town of Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

The cottage is a 20-minute drive from Laugharne, where visitors can explore Dylan Thomas's boat house and stroll along the Taf river estuary to Laugharne castle. Tenby, with its South Beach and views of Caldey Island, is a 25-minute drive away. The closest train station is in Whitland, providing easy access to Milford Haven, Tenby, and other destinations. The cottage can be combined with an attached property, The Tower, for larger groups or families traveling together.
