Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, an on-site car park, an enclosed decked patio, and open lawned areas, making it an ideal base for exploring South Wales.

The lodge is equipped with amenities such as gas central heating, an electric fire, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, CD player, and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power are included in the rent, while bed linen and towels are also provided (beach towels are not included). The property does not allow pets or smoking. The nearest shop, pub, and beach are all one mile away. Guests should note that there are three steps up to the property and check-in is after 6 pm with check-out before 10 am.
