The accommodation includes a kitchen/diner, living room, double bedroom, small double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a bath/shower room.

Guests can enjoy the luxuries of a DVD player, with electricity included and central heating available at an additional cost between September and April. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. Bed linen is provided, but guests are advised to bring their own towels. A cot can be provided upon request, and up to 2 dogs are allowed on the property.

Outside, there is a rear enclosed patio and parking is available on the driveway for up to 2 cars. The property is within walking distance of a pub and the coast is just 1 mile away. Short breaks are available during low season and may be offered at short notice during other times. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property.
