The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. The dining room provides ample space for family meals, while the living room features comfortable seating for up to 6 people and a large bay window overlooking the street below. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and sea views, while the second bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The third bedroom, located on the top floor, also has a king-size bed and sea views.

Outside, the cottage has a large garden with two seating areas and sea views. Parking is available for up to 3 cars, and amenities such as gas central heating and WiFi are provided. Guests should be aware that the designated parking area is accessed via a narrow lane at the rear of the property, and there are steps leading from the garden into the kitchen. Ivydene is suitable for families and couples only, and pets are not allowed. A refundable damage deposit is required, and check-in is at 4 pm with check-out at 11 am.
