Falcon House retains many character features and includes a cinema room and wine cellar in the basement, accessed through a hidden door in a bookshelf. The spacious hallway leads to the well-equipped kitchen, sitting room with French doors to the garden, living room, TV room, and bathrooms.

The cottage is centrally heated and offers free wifi. Outside, there is limited roadside parking and resident parking bays. Visitor permits can be obtained from Pembrokeshire County Council for approximately £30 per week. Falcon House is centrally located for exploring Pembroke, including Pembroke Castle, independent shops, cafes, and pubs. Nearby Milford Haven and Neyland offer watersports and scenic walks. The cottage is also close to Pembrokeshire's beaches, such as Barafundle Bay, Freshwater West, Broad Haven South, and West Angle Bay.

Guests must check in from 4pm and a refundable damage deposit of £100 is required 8 weeks prior to the stay. Pets are not allowed at Falcon House. Nearby attractions include Torch Theatre, Milford Haven Heritage & Maritime Museum, Pembroke Castle, and Lamphey Bishop's Palace. Upton Castle Gardens and Manor House Zoo are also worth visiting. Falcon House offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the historic town of Pembroke and the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast.
