This charming retreat, originally constructed in the 1800s, has been thoughtfully renovated from a traditional stone barn into a cozy getaway, accommodating up to four guests and an infant in two first-floor bedrooms—a double and a twin. The cottage offers stunning views over the Teifi Valley and features a furnished patio for guests to enjoy the serene surroundings and the sounds of local wildlife.

The cottage is ideally situated for those who appreciate nature, with North Pembrokeshire serving as a paradise for walkers, bird watchers, and beach enthusiasts. The nearby Preseli Hills, known for their historical significance, are less than a half-hour away and are famous for the ancient feat of transporting Preseli Bluestones used in the construction of Stonehenge. Additionally, the market town of Cardigan is just a 15-minute drive away, offering a variety of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as attractions like Cardigan Castle and the historic market hall.

Woodpecker Barn features two well-appointed bedrooms on the upper level. The first bedroom includes a double bed with ample storage and lovely valley views, while the second bedroom contains two single beds, also with storage and scenic views. The cottage also has a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin upstairs, and a downstairs bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, toilet, and washbasin. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, and a dining area that accommodates four guests, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric fan oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, ensuring guests have all they need for a comfortable stay. Outside, the enclosed garden features a patio with garden furniture, an expansive one-acre grounds area that includes an orchard, pond, and stream, and direct access to a public footpath.
