Luxuries include a DVD player and Freeview TV, and heating is provided by biomass central heating. Linen and towels are provided, and there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, there are picnic tables, an enclosed pond, and lawns in the shared landscaped grounds, as well as access to the owner's 100 acres of fields. Ample parking is available outside the cottage. The property is close to the beach and amenities, with short breaks available and pets welcome for an additional fee. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
