Entertainment amenities include Smart TVs with Sky Sports and a full Sky package, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the property.

For families traveling with young children, a travel cot, high chair, and stairgate are available upon request. The cottage also provides driveway parking for 4-5 cars and car park permits for easy access to the Belmont Arch. Guests can enjoy a welcome pack on arrival, which includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a bottle of champagne. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property, and smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
