Pets are allowed, with 2 small well-behaved pets permitted.

The property features a lounge, kitchen/diner, sunroom, utility room, and family bath/shower room. Luxuries such as WiFi and 2 DVD players are provided, along with standard amenities like a gas oven/hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outside, there is a garden with patio, lawn, and garden furniture, as well as parking for 2 cars. Bed linen and towels are included, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an additional charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment.
