Located in the heart of England in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, Ninea is a spacious, detached cottage that can accommodate up to seven people in its four bedrooms. The cottage features a king-size double, a double, a twin, and a single room with a pull-out stacker bed, as well as two bathrooms, a cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room, and a sitting room. Outside, there is a raised terrace with lawned areas, a summerhouse, furniture, and a mooring onto the River Thames, along with off-road parking for two cars. Families and couples can enjoy a weekend break or a relaxing holiday at Ninea.

Amenities at Ninea include gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with streaming apps, WiFi, and a selection of games. Bed linen, towels, fuel, and power are included in the rent. The raised terrace lacks a balustrade, and there are steps down to the garden and to the mooring on the River Thames, which is unfenced. Due to safety concerns, children over 10 years old are preferred, and supervision is required outside at all times. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottage is conveniently located near a shop and pub, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway.

The Cotswolds region, where Wallingford is situated, is known for its charming towns and villages made from honey-colored stone. The area is home to a thriving community of contemporary artists who work from studios and shops throughout the region. Wallingford itself has a rich history dating back to King Alfred, and it was at Wallingford that William the Conqueror crossed the Thames with his army before marching on London. While Wallingford Castle's impressive earthworks remain, some of its stones were used to build the St Mary-le-More Church near the town center. Visitors can explore the town's historical sites and enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, horse riding, and hiking in the surrounding area.
