The cottages are converted farm buildings that combine farmhouse charm with modern amenities, including a Jacuzzi Hot Tub, a farm shop, and a Wendy House filled with toys for children.
The cottages have received a 4* Gold award from Visit England and a Green Tourism ‘Gold’ award for their environmentally friendly practices, such as heating with a Biomass Boiler and using electricity from a 50KW Solar Panel System. Guests can also enjoy 1 Gigabit pure fibre optic broadband, the fastest Internet access available. The property is surrounded by the 1000-acre RSPB Otmoor reserve, providing a tranquil and secluded setting for relaxation and exploration.
Lower Farm, where the cottages are located, is home to a variety of animals including Chickens, Ducks, Kune Kune Pigs, and Miniature Donkeys. Guests can participate in the daily feeding of the animals at 9:30 am, providing a unique and engaging experience for both children and adults. Blenheim Cottage, the largest cottage on the property, features three bedrooms, a large open plan living and dining area, a country kitchen with a four oven Aga, and a wood-burning stove. The cottage can accommodate up to six guests and offers amenities such as a 55” Smart TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Now TV.
Located in Oxford, the cottage is surrounded by cultural attractions such as Oxford Playhouse and Ashmolean Museum, as well as family-friendly activities like Oxford Greyhound Stadium and Waterperry Gardens.
