Originally built in the 19th century to accompany The George Inn, the cottage is situated just off the historic high street and offers a peaceful and quiet retreat. The open-plan living area features large sofas, a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table seating four guests, making it perfect for a cozy stay.

The cottage boasts two bedrooms with king-size beds and a modern shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower. Burford's famous High Street, with its medieval bridge over the River Windrush and impressive church, is a short walk away. The street is lined with ancient houses and shops, making it a popular destination for visitors interested in history, shopping for antiques, and dining at restaurants, pubs, and teashops.

Guests staying at Old Burford Cottage can enjoy a private parking space next door (advance booking required), but pets are not allowed on the property.
