The property is well-appointed with high-quality furnishings and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
Guests will find the cottage well-stocked upon arrival, with breakfast items, drinks, pantry essentials, and a variety of kitchen appliances and utensils provided. Additionally, the cottage offers a dedicated working area with power sockets, ethernet, and desk chair, as well as entertainment options such as board games, books, music system, and TV services. Outside, guests can enjoy the private gated garden, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and EV charger.
The Garden Cottage is a brand new property that is well-insulated for warmth in winter and cooling in summer, with air conditioning available in the main room during the summer months. The hot water and underfloor heating are powered by air-source heat pumps, with plans to source all electricity from renewables in the future. The occupancy of the cottage is strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children under 18, with exceptions for a third child possible with advance approval. Pets are not allowed at the Garden Cottage.
