The accommodation is well-appointed, with Yew Barn featuring a contemporary kitchen/dining room flooded with natural light, a sitting room with elegant furnishings, and a cloakroom. The Cottage offers a kitchenette/snug room, a cloakroom, and access to the private patio and communal gardens. The bedrooms are spread across both properties, with the master bedroom in Yew Barn featuring an ensuite, while The Cottage offers two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, both properties have private patios with outdoor seating, as well as access to communal facilities such as a courtyard, multi-sports court, and utility room.
Additional amenities include off-street parking, electric charging points, highchairs available on request, and strong WiFi throughout the properties. Guests can enjoy the communal landscaped gardens, BBQ facilities, and underfloor heating on the ground floor. It is important to note that there are steps throughout the properties and tight staircases in some areas. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with infants not counting towards this figure. Events are not permitted without prior consent, and a security deposit is required. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
