Each apartment can accommodate up to four people, making them perfect for couples or families vacationing together. The apartments feature high ceilings, restored brickwork, and large arched windows that flood the space with natural light.
Both apartments have two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can choose between a king-size bed or two single beds in each bedroom. The apartments offer modern conveniences such as a Nespresso coffee machine, smart induction hob, Smart TV, and Nest central heating and air conditioning. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided, creating a 'hotel-like' environment within the comfort of a home.
Located in the centre of Edwinstowe Village, guests have easy access to local pubs, restaurants, and cafes. The area is ideal for exploring country parks, National Trust estates, and walking and cycling trails. Nearby attractions include Sherwood Forest, Rufford Country Park, and Clumber Park. Free off-road parking is available at the rear of the property, with bus stops and cycle trails nearby. Bookings can be made up to 9 months in advance, with a security deposit required upon check-in and refunded after inspection.
