The house is upside down with the sitting room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom upstairs.
The sitting room has over 50 feet of books and, as in all the cottages, there is a DVD, CD radio and iPod docking station. Sunshine pours into this lovely room in the morning and afternoon through windows with views into Beacon Hill Wood to the east and extending for 40 miles to the west. A wood-burning fire completes the picture.

The kitchen has a contemporary feel with granite worktops and an alcove dining table. There are two fridges, a freezer, microwave, washer dryer and dishwasher, as well as a fan-assisted oven, microwave and hob. The kitchen window has views into Beacon Hill Wood.

The upstairs bathroom has a power shower, bidet, wc and wash basin.

On the ground floor, the hall opens into a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a lovely western view, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a bath, wc and basin.
