The accommodation includes a large lounge with patio doors to a rear decking and private garden, a kitchen/dining room with distant views of Beadnell Bay, and a separate shower room & WC on the ground floor. The first floor features a main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, and a twin room with a single bed and handmade galley bed. The family bathroom has a hand shower over the bath.

Additional amenities include a smart TV, books, magazines, a travel cot, high chair, toys, games, and a private enclosed rear garden with patio furniture. Parking is available for up to 2 cars, and the property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
